His first performance at the Cabaret Pontiac Music World Show (2011-11-04)
His homeland is Wales-in Great Britain. Dai has performed as The Singing Farmer for over 20 years. He writes songs and poems, tells stories. He is widely experienced in the art of public speaking. He is eloquent and well spoken, with a mild Welsh. He is an accomplished after-dinner speaker, and can deliver a 20-30 minute address that will brighten and Dai began as a full time radio host in January 2007 with CJHR 98.7 Valley Heritage Radio.
Dai Bassett started his career in entertainment in the late 1980's. Writing his own material - with hilarious songs and poems - gives Dai the freedom to bring to his audiences wit and sharp comedy talent that this amiable Welshman possesses. His original songs and poems include The Cat is in the Milk Tank, Tom Dick and Harrys' three legged chicken, My ole' mans a golfer, and Paddys' driving test.
As Dai says always : Bore da
We would like to thank Dai for coming at the Cabaret Pontiac show on Nov. 2011. It was really great to welcome him and to listen to his beautiful songs !

It was really funny when Dai tried to show us to say a phrase in Welsh. Here with our MC, Marcel Joseph.
